Charles Richardson

Mr. Richardson has been very determined. He joined the Army in 1980 and later advanced his studies in various colleges, including Lake Michigan College and Fullerton Community College. This personal development ultimately resulted in his having more than 50 ICC building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing inspector certifications, coupled with a number of other highly regarded professional designations.

Mr. Richardson and Cynthia Parker got married in 2002 and had two children, Matthew and Rebecca. He unfortunately lost his beloved wife to breast cancer in 2020, which impacted the life of the man and his writing tremendously.

His career lasted over thirty years in the inspection sector, where he worked as a Senior Building Engineering Inspector with the County of Los Angeles until his health problems cut his career short. In his book “Piglet,” he openly shares his life story and pays tribute to the family members who helped him through his hardships. He sheds some light on the hard experiences that have molded him into his current self.
